Hanser & Associates Wins State PR Award
Des Moines PR Firm Recognized for consumer research
DES MOINES (June 12, 2002) - Hanser & Associates recently received an Award of Merit from The American Society of Landscape Architects (Iowa Chapter) for its PR research for the City of West Des Moines Master Parks and Trails Plan.
The firm received the award for "recognition of outstanding professional achievement" for its 2001 survey of West Des Moines residents to assess demand for park facilities and services in Iowa's fastest-growing city.
The parks research and planning was conducted in conjunction with Hanser & Associates' clients City of West Des Moines and Dunbar/Jones Partnership, and other national park planning firms including Duncan Associates, McKeever/Morris and SRF Consulting Group. The work resulted in a master plan for future park development, including two aquatics centers.
