Telly Award for Video News Release

DES MOINES, IOWA (June 1, 2007) – West Des Moines-based Hanser & Associates (H&A) won a 2007 Telly award in the TV news feature category.

The international award recognized a video news release (VNR) H&A created and produced in 2006 for New York, N.Y.-based Coach USA to launch megabus.com intercity bus service in the United States. H&A placed the VNR on local TV stations throughout the Midwest and broadcasted nationwide on the NBC Nightly News. Television news coverage was part of a national PR campaign that placed more than 900 total news stories for Coach USA in 2006.
