Peak 8 Development is pleased to announce a lot financing program is in place now for interested homebuyers looking to build at Summit Estates in Urbandale. Summit Estates is Central Iowa’s first single family residential development which will include amenities such as a clubhouse, pool and fire pit.

As part of the lot financing program, all lot loans are at 6 percent with interest only payments for two years. Once construction begins, the interest rate drops to 5 percent and the loan maturity resets for two years, or until the construction of the home is complete.
