Megabus.com adds free Wi-Fi to express bus service

Passengers can stay connected during travel

CHICAGO (Oct. 1, 2008) – Megabus.com, an intercity, express bus service with fares as low as $1, is now offering free Wi-Fi on all routes.

Launched in April 2006, megabus.com currently offers service to 17 Midwest cities and eight Northeast cities. Passengers in all 25 cities will now have access to free Wi-Fi while traveling.

In addition to free Wi-Fi, megabus.com also offers free video, a mobile alert system – which notifies passengers of delays or other service disruptions – and an on-board newsletter.
