Back in April, I did some speaking on the topic of ’social media’ here in Des Moines — a presentation to the Iowa chapter of the AMA and a panel discussion for the central Iowa chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. The questions in both venues were similar: which tools, how to measure, etc.

Clearly, there’s lots of shared learning ahead… To that end, I wanted to share my slides from the AMA presentation and direct attention to our growing collection of bookmarks. And we’ll keep adding case studies as we continue to help clients develop ’social media’ programs.
