Shane Tallant
In today’s housing market, it is more important than ever that home owners know the tricks of the trade in getting their homes sold – and Shane Tallant, host of HGTV’s Designed to Sell, will be attending the show to share his “designed to sell” tips including design ideas, home-improvement tips and real estate insider secrets. Tallant will be at the show Feb. 14-15, 2009.

Joshua Foss
Minneapolis-based green designer and sustainable lifestyle consultant Joshua Foss appeared as “Organic Josh” on the second season of the hit HGTV show Design Star. Active in both the national “green scenes” and Twin Cities, Foss heads Thrive Design Studio (www.thrive-ds.com/), a green design and consultation firm and is at the forefront of the green-building industry. He lives by the motto that being green should not sacrifice style and will demonstrate how green design can be attractive, affordable and easy. Foss will be at the show Feb. 12-13, 2009.

Marcia Lyon
Finding cost effective solutions to various remodeling dilemmas, Marcia Lyon has developed her own architectural niche – remodeling design. While most architects concentrate on commercial projects, or large custom homes, she offers a unique service which gives remodeling homeowners just what they need - design and direction. Lyon has been in private practice for more than thirty years with her firm Creating Spaces and has written a book “The Essential Planner for Home Remodeling.” Her second book is called “The Non-Addition Addition.” Currently, Lyon is a nationally syndicated newspaper columnist of “Creating Spaces” and resides in Des Moines, Iowa. Lyon will be at the show Feb. 12-13, 2009.

Lori Vande Krol
Co-founder and owner of Life Made Simple, LLC, and Lori Vande Krol is a trained organization and productivity consultant, who helps individuals and businesses create and maintain order in all areas of life. Using a unique 5-step process, Vande Krol works with clients to determine the best solutions to their specific challenges. Through education, training and experience, she has developed systems and tools that save you time, energy and money — all resulting in less stress. Vande Krol will be at the show Feb. 12-13, 2009.

Veronica Lorson Fowler
Veronica Lorson Fowler is a garden writer and editor from Ames, Iowa. The author of several garden books, including “Gardening in Iowa” from the University of Iowa Press, she is now writing an e-newsletter for Iowa gardeners and will bring to the show her ’20 Must-Have Perennials for Iowa Gardens’ and other gardening tips. Barb Watson
Barb Watson began with Interiors by Decorating Den in 1989 as the Nebraska and Iowa Regional owner/ trainer. She also does public speaking seminars on Decorating Trends for groups and organizations, and soon will be offering workshops at the new Interiors by Decorating Den studio, located at 3240 100th St. Watson and her four fellow designers enjoy working with their clients and helping them to enhance their lives and living space with a world of possibilities. Watson will present ‘Magical Design Makeovers & 2009 Trends” during her daily presentations at the show held Feb. 12-15, 2009.
